Where Child Development Expertise Meets Household Management

When you invite someone to help with your family's most important asset—your children—you deserve someone who understands both the science of development and the art of creating functional household systems.

My Journey

My path began on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee as a teenage nanny for a camp director's family. What could have been just a summer job revealed my natural ability to create structure while nurturing meaningful connections with children.

Throughout my academic journey toward a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, I supported myself by working directly with families—as a nanny, daycare teacher, developmental specialist, and parent coach. Rather than seeing these as separate from my "real career," I recognized these experiences were shaping my unique professional identity.

When faced with the traditional path of clinical practice, I made an unconventional choice: to remain in direct service to families while applying my psychological training to solve complex household challenges. What began as practical necessity—creating systems to manage intricate childcare situations—evolved into a passion for operational excellence that transforms family life.

The Integration That Makes a Difference

In your home, this integration means having someone who understands both your children's developmental needs and the operational challenges of managing properties, staff, and family schedules. It means having childcare systems that reflect your values while ensuring seamless functioning across all aspects of family life.

Working with high-profile families across multiple residences, I've honed the ability to create organized systems that support the health & wellbeing of everyone in your household. I've seen firsthand how the right systems can give parents back precious time while ensuring children receive consistent, excellent care.
